Product Manager, Agentic Commerce

Remote Full-time$200k-$260k + equity

You'll own the consumer surface where users hand a goal to their agent and get a result back. That means rethinking what a "settings page", an "approval", and a "receipt" mean when the actor on the other side is an AI, not a human in a contact center.

Why this role matters

You won't be building yet another dashboard. You'll be defining the patterns consumers use to trust an agent with their bills, their disputes, and their accounts.

What you'll do

  • Define the product roadmap for the consumer-facing agent experience: delegation, transparency, approval, and recovery
  • Lead end-to-end discovery — interviews, log reading, eval review — to find which routine commercial chores agents should automate next
  • Write tight PRDs and operating mechanisms that engineering, design, and AI can actually ship from
  • Partner with the protocol team on what brand-side agents need to expose for the consumer side to work
  • Be the voice of the user when an agent screws up: own the postmortem, the comms, and the policy change

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years product management, including time on a consumer product with real trust stakes (fintech, health, support)
  • Deep curiosity about LLMs and agent UX; you have shipped at least one AI feature end-to-end
  • Comfortable making calls with imperfect data and small samples — agent metrics are noisy
  • Strong written communicator; we run async-first
  • Excited to work fully remote

Nice to have

  • Experience launching a delegation-first consumer product (Plaid, Truebill, DoNotPay, Robinhood, etc.)
  • Have run a public roadmap or written publicly about agent products
