ONE WORKSPACE.

The details connected.
The next step clear.

ATLAS brings together the work you need to remember and the information you need to act on it.

Know what matters today.

See overdue tasks, upcoming meetings, open commitments and waiting items. Keep your projects and milestones connected to the work that moves them.

02 / TIME

Included in v2.1.10

FROM OPENING THE APP TO TAKING ACTION

A little setup.
A clearer day.

  1. 1

    Make ATLAS yours.

Set up your profile, companies and projects. Add tasks and deadlines or import a Bank of America CSV to get started with finances.

  2. 2

    Connect what you use.

Connect Microsoft accounts for read-only mail and meeting sync. Choose OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or OpenRouter for assistance. Use voice, meeting research, mail rules and the Slack and WhatsApp Business connections where configured. Optional services may require their own accounts.

  3. 3

    Ask. Review. Act.

Ask what is due, what is blocked or what to follow up on. Review proposed changes, confirm the ones you want, and see the result in your workspace.

YOUR WORKSPACE. YOUR CHOICES.

Useful access.
Clear boundaries.

Your core workspace is stored locally on your Mac. Connected features use their respective providers; relevant context is shared when you use them. Credentials are encrypted with macOS Keychain-backed storage. Browser changes require review, and bank sign-in happens through Plaid or your bank.

ATLAS does not move money. Closing its window keeps it available in the menu bar; choose Quit to exit.

FIND YOUR KIND OF ASSISTANCE

How Atlas compares.

A human assistant brings relationships and judgment. ChatGPT offers broad AI help, connected tools and scheduled work. Apple’s Siri AI, in beta, understands your personal context and acts across Apple apps and apps that support it. Meta’s Muse focuses on personal goals and actions. Atlas brings your tasks, meetings and financial context into a Mac workspace, with a planned connection to verified company agents.

* Atlas release status: Task commands, local reminders and cited research are included in v2.1.10. Hosted scheduling is deployed; hosted research and email delivery need additional setup. A checkmark means a capability exists within the stated scope, not that every request can be completed. Plans, rollout, permissions, supported services and availability vary. Human-assistant capabilities depend on the role you agree. This is not a performance benchmark.

THE ATLAS TEAM

One request.
Your Atlas team.

Atlas stays your single assistant while specialists help research a company, prepare service steps and organize follow-up. You see the plan, sources and progress together in Requests.

01 / COORDINATE

Work assigned with purpose.

Atlas routes the request to discovery, service preparation and follow-up. Calling remains a reviewed handoff. Each role has a limited job; preparing a plan does not authorize account changes.

02 / REUSE

Less repeated planning.

Reviewed company workflows can be reused with recorded versions and review dates. Specialists pass compact handoffs and evidence references, keeping the customer-facing explanation clear.

03 / CONTROL

Your team. Your choices.

Agent orchestration settings show the roles, local or Jev decision routing, workflow reuse and reported token usage. Research needs your approval; you choose when to save a dated follow-up.

Included in v2.1.10; live provider acceptance remains pending. This beta prepares requests and local follow-ups. Direct company-agent execution remains planned. Shared learning across customers, model training and a Layla connection are not enabled; measured token savings are not yet established.

TELEPERSON’S AGENT-TO-AGENT VISION · PLANNED

Your agent.
Working with theirs.

Atlas represents your request. A company’s authorized agent represents its service. Our vision connects them through verified identities, your permission and a shared record of what happened—so customer self-service can move from an answer to a resolved request.

01 / VERIFY

Know who is on the other side.

Companies would verify their identity and connect their existing service agent to Atlas. You would see the company, supported services and permissions before linking your account.

02 / AUTHORIZE

You choose the action.

Link your account through the company and grant only the access needed. Atlas would show the exact terms before you approve a cancellation, booking or refund request. You could revoke access.

03 / CONFIRM

Get an outcome you can check.

The company’s agent would return a case ID, status or confirmation that Atlas can verify. Atlas would distinguish a submitted request from an accepted cancellation or a paid refund, and arrange a human handoff when needed.

AN EXAMPLE OF THE PLANNED EXPERIENCE

“Cancel my subscription at renewal.”

Atlas checks the linked company’s policy and renewal date. You review the effective date and any charges. After your approval, the company’s authorized agent processes the request and returns a confirmation. Atlas saves the case record and follows up if the outcome is still pending.

THE PLANNED VENDOR HUB EXPERIENCE

Connect your bank. Find a way forward.

Your bank-linked vendors become the starting point for a service map. Atlas would check each company for a verified agent connection, official support routes and known phone-menu paths, showing what is ready and what still needs checking.

  1. Recognize the company. Review uncertain merchant matches before connecting an account.
  2. Find supported self-service. Use a verified company-agent connection when one is available and you authorize it.
  3. Prepare the call route. Show sourced contact details and previously observed menu paths, with their verification dates.
  4. Keep you in control. Learn menus during approved calls, follow matching prompts and hand over for private information or a person’s help.

Adding a vendor would not authorize a call, share bank transactions with that company or permit account changes. Agent availability would be checked against approved integrations; a website chatbot alone would not qualify as a trusted connection. Menu coverage would grow from permitted observations, with stale routes rechecked.

TWO WAYS FOR COMPANIES TO JOIN · PLANNED

Bring your agent. Or connect your systems.

A company with an existing service agent would connect and validate its supported actions. A company without one could use a Teleperson service agent linked to its order, billing, scheduling or customer-management systems. Both paths would use company verification, customer authorization and confirmed outcomes.

The foundation today: Atlas’s task records, reminders and reviewable results establish how it keeps track of your intent and progress. The next step: a verified partner pilot for account status, service policies and request previews, before enabling approved actions.

Company verification, customer delegation, company-agent connections and direct self-service outcomes are proposed capabilities. They are not included in the current desktop release. Companies would need an approved integration; this page does not claim universal compatibility.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you get started.

Is ATLAS available in the Mac App Store?

A Mac App Store download link is not available yet. This page will link to the listing once the app is approved and published. The current release workflow produces a Developer ID-signed, notarized app for direct distribution.

Can ATLAS control my current Chrome browser?

Hey Atlas v2.1.10 includes local Chrome tab reading, site opening and confirmed page actions. It needs macOS Automation permission and Chrome’s “Allow JavaScript from Apple Events” setting. Passwords, verification codes, payment credentials, and unsupported site controls are handled directly by you in Chrome.

Can I connect more than one bank?

The Plaid integration in testing supports adding and reconnecting multiple bank connections through your Hey Atlas account. Vendor coverage depends on available transaction history and merchant matching. It may not include every historical vendor.

What Mac do I need?

The universal installer supports Apple Silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 13 or later.

Does everything work offline?

Local tasks and workspace records are available on your Mac. AI responses, Microsoft synchronization, bank connections and online browser tasks need an internet connection. Some features also need a configured provider account.

What is AI Assist?

With AI Assist, Atlas joins your call to a company so you are never calling alone. It tells the company it is an AI, gives you a live transcript and a summary when the call ends, can work through the phone menu with your consent, and can speak for you when you ask. You can take over at any time. Without AI Assist, Atlas dials the company’s verified number and you talk to them yourself.

Prices in US dollars. Calling is an invite-only pilot while live audio is verified, and is available only for verified company numbers. Billing opens inside the Atlas app; current beta testers keep their access. Teleperson-provided AI usage is priced from provider costs. Plans and limits may change before general availability.
