1. Free trial
Plus and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. We email you 3 days before your first charge.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Atlas plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time in Atlas → Settings → Membership. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
We don't give refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except as described below.
3. Refunds on your first payment
If Atlas isn't right for you, ask us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked. This applies once per customer.
4. When we always refund
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You were charged after you cancelled.
- A billing error on our side charged the wrong amount.
- Atlas was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row in a billing period because of a problem on our side. We'll refund or credit that month.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email support@teleperson.com from the address on your account, or use Contact Teleperson in Atlas. Tell us the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
6. Purchases through the Mac App Store
Apple handles billing and refunds for subscriptions bought through the Mac App Store. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Before you dispute a charge
Please contact us first. We can usually fix a billing problem faster than a bank dispute, and an open dispute may pause your account while it's reviewed.
8. Atlas Card
The Atlas Card is separate from your subscription. Purchases made with the card, and cash back earned on them, are covered by the Atlas Card terms, not this policy.
9. Price changes and your rights
If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next charge, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.
