Developer Advocate, Agentic Commerce

Remote Full-time$180k-$230k + equity

Vendors are about to get asked, "do you have an agent endpoint?" by every customer they serve. You'll be the voice that helps them say yes — through docs, sample apps, talks, and a relentless feedback loop into product and protocol.

Why this role matters

You'll be the single most-cited person in the vendor agent integration ecosystem. The patterns you publish become the default the rest of the industry adopts.

What you'll do

  • Own external developer content for vendor agent integrations: docs, quickstarts, code samples, video walkthroughs
  • Run hands-on workshops and 1:1 enablement with vendor engineering teams during early integration
  • Be the loudest internal advocate for vendor developers — feed friction back into product and SDK roadmaps
  • Speak at conferences and write the blog posts that anchor Teleperson as the reference for consumer agentic commerce
  • Build and maintain reference vendor agents in TypeScript and Python so partners can see the bar

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years as a developer advocate, DX engineer, or solutions engineer at an API-first company
  • Strong writer and speaker; comfortable on a stage and in a PR
  • Hands-on with at least one of MCP, A2A, OpenAI Apps SDK, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
  • Excited to work fully remote with frequent partner visits

Nice to have

  • Contributed to an open-source agent framework
  • Built a developer community from <100 to >10k
